How often do you reach for your phone to text, look for notifications, or post status updates? Do alert chimes routinely interrupt your conversations? Have you delayed going to sleep to catch up on social media?

You may be suffering from too much connection and not enough connectedness. While digital devices can add benefits to our social and professional lives, excessive use can also cause a great deal of stress and anxiety. Digital detoxing is the growing reaction to digital information overload.

Spending time away from our devices can reduce stress, increase mindfulness, and bring focus to social interactions. Can you do it? Take the six-week Digital Detox challenge and find out. Each week, your mission will be to swap some screen time for physical activity and complete an additional task.

Mark your calendar: the challenge starts April 17!
